Many students are facing mental health issues and with growing demand people face almost year long waiting lists or expensive private help. Beckett do give councilling to students but it is capped at 4 sessions which, in personal experience and the experience of peers, is not enough support and then leave vulnerable people without the help they need. Mental health is a crisis and we deserve long term support that may make a huge difference to many.
