Through my first term at uni I have struggled with heath problems with regular days ill and hospital trips this means I have missed a good 20% of my classes I would say. Not one of my lectures have been recorded from the start of my course, my partner who I live with is constantly catching up and revising from all his recorded lectures it is a really useful tool for people who have 100% Attendence too!

This would be great for everyone. I would love to be able to look back and revise previous lectures.
Valid point, I have children and often miss lectures due to not having childcare and lectures are not always recorded. I did miserably in an exam on one module because not on lecture was recorded. They are also another useful method for revision!!!!
I think it would be great if there was just an optional voice recording, due to some copy rights issues that some professors would perfer.
